I truly enjoy Karen s yoga classes. Every week, Karen starts her sessions with a reflection on how we can positively impact on our wellbeing with a positive attitude and mindset. This is brief but can be reflected upon during the classes as we move into different positions using our breath. Karen gives clear instructions and allows each and every one of us to move according to our abilities and strength. This is followed with a 10 mns relaxation. |
I started going to Karen’s yoga class at the beginning of the year. I was fairly new to yoga but I thoroughly enjoy her style of teaching. There are always options so you can push yourself if you want to but never feel that you have to. I feel that my flexibility and strength have improved and the relaxation and mindfulness can be taken into other areas of my life. |
Fantastic! Karen explains everything about what is being done and delivers a great class not just physically but emotionally too. All exercises poses and positions are done to suit people’s capabilities and if you can’t do it provides an alternative to achieve the aim. Karen monitors very discreetly each person to make sure that what they are doing is right and safe and if any adjustments are needed again, is very discreet in doing so. Yoga is a wonderful way in which to achieve and maintain flexibility inner strength and calmness and general well being. I would 100% recommend Karen’s classes. |
Karen is a fabulous yoga instructor. I was quite nervous when I started as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, worried I wouldn't be able to do what was expected. Karen has helped to make me feel confident and relaxed. I know my limits thanks to her guidance. |

Whilst classes could be inspiring, they may not be for everyone. I tailor 1-1 or 1-2 private classes for students who are more comfortable in their own environment.
